Great experience!

Susan and Nick are very nice folks and there was absolutely no pressure! They opened several campers based our criteria, mentioned a few of the highlights of each and then allowed us to explore them on our own and answering our questions afterwards.

We ended up trading in the motor home that wasn't a good fit for us and purchasing a camper that we love. It was a straight forward process.

BEST of the BEST

My husband and I have been in the RV market going on 2 years. We both recently retired and the kids are on their own (one in college). Our search spanned 2 states. I called Scenic View to check if they had the various items we were searching for in a trailer. Nick replied several options and gave us some details between the various trailers in his inventory. When my husband and I pulled up the dealership, Nick already had a few trailers that he thought would meet our needs, He KNOCKED it out of the park!!! Not only did that show us not only his knowledge of each trailer, he actively listened to each item we wanted in a RV. Outstanding customer service better yet pet friendly and family run. Their beautiful dog, Kona, happily greets customers and just mills round the shop. In this day and age, I prefer to buy from a family owned dealer injecting monies in our local economy. We also purchased from their camping store portion such as outdoor carpet . The same carpet everywhere else was between 30%-40% more. Overall, Scenic View RV has an outstanding variety of inventory (something for everyone), amazing customer service- Nick knew the intricate details to every trailer in his inventory, and the prices are the best we have seen in our 2-year search (in 2 separate states)! 5 Stars isn’t enough

The friendliness we experienced on our first ever camping trip with our new travel trailer was outstanding. We had several hiccups along the way including a toilet fitting that continuously leaked, so we went the first 3-4 days without water. To say the least, we felt defeated until we did a quick Google search and Scenic View Rv popped up. It was 5:15 PM when we called to see if they had a specific part and not only did they have it but they stayed open until we arrived 45 minutes later, long after they had closed. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. They took the time to ask if we needed anything else and asked about other parts of our camper to double check that we were squared away to finish out our vacation. We weren’t rushed at all. The next day, we experienced exactly the same when we arrived back for additional parts for our shower that leaked and a pump filter that also wouldn’t stop leaking. The staff, again, was helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and so kind. We will definitely come back if we’re ever at a near by camp ground and need parts. - Josh from Gum Spring, VA

I really appreciate the time after purchase and all the efforts during the buying process. I was a first time travel trailer buyer, with no experience at manuevring it. Nick and his staff took the time to help me get comfortable enough with pulling it. Susan was a confident rock star from the beginning to end. By the grace of God she helped make by experience painless. For personal reasons I have only used the travel trailer once, as I still prefer to have a driveable unit, but I know with what Nick has showed me that I can do it. Whoo Hooo!!!

82 days, 12,200 miles, 25 states, 92 major site visits and we did it all in our KZ travel trailer from Scenic View. Nick and Susan, the owners will work closely with to make certain you find the “Right” product to suit you perfectly or for service or for service which is outstanding. No sales people, no service manager, no pressure. it’s all through the owners. It’s like the old Alka Seltzer commercial....Oh What A Relief It Is. We left shortly after our purchase and had the most wonderful adventure. There were a few items we weren’t familiar with or how to handle and all it took was a phone call or text and we received rapid responses to our questions. That made our travels so much more comfortable knowing we had the support of our dealer, Scenic View. Upon our return there were several small, what I felt were warranty items. What A Great Experience With Wonderful People

We loved every part of our experience with Scenic View R.v. Everyone there from sales to accounting to service were pleasant, helpful, and patient knowing this was my boyfriends first R.V. They answered questions and their service guy showed us how everything worked and walked us through the steps. They even delivered our trailer to the OBX where we will be keeping it because we had not purchased the truck yet to tow it. Family owned and operated so you don’t feel like your sale is just commission as we did shopping at places such as Campers World. Once you go there to look, will stay with them .
